Paula Esson - Complementary Solutions Conferenc

We are writing to inform you that the arrangements have altered for the conference in June. Due to poor numbers in Scotland, despite an immense marketing campaign, we have brought the conference to Newcastle Upon Tyne and reduced it to one day. We have lowered the costs dramatically for the delegates and are hoping that this will spur people on to book very soon.

The details are as follows

Sunday 4th June. 8:30am – 6:00pm ( Dinner follows at the hotel )

Venue	The Copthorne Hotel. Newcastle Upon Tyne. Please see all location and travel details attached.

Presentation:	The same as planned ( more concise if you are only doing one hour now, please see programme attached ).

Speaker fee:	None. Can put up stand and distribute Leaflets and information for your company Free of charge.

We will meet on the evening of Saturday 3rd June at 7:30pm for dinner at the Copthorne Hotel to introduce ourselves properly and prepare for the day ahead. This is not essential, but advised to assure the smooth running of the day.
Please indicate by email the following details : How many nights accommodation do you need ? Will you be dining at the Copthorne on the evenings ? Will you be bringing books or items that you want to sell ? If there are any other requirements that you still need to clarify with us, please let us know. The changes are quite large, however, we feel that this adaptation will ensure a successful event and provide a launch pad for others in the Country. Note : Please have all documents and information to us by the 15th May 2006 so that we can organise to put them it all onto CD. Email as attachments.
